World-class art. No credible way into the market.

Shiva entered India with exclusive works by UK abstract artist Simon Kenny and a clear ambition to reach serious collectors and galleries. But every agency he approached treated Rubix like a conventional art seller. That missed the real problem. He didn’t need a brand that simply sold art. He needed one that could stand beside the work and belong in the same world.

The art had credibility. The brand didn’t yet.

The brand shouldn’t sit around the art. It should think like art.

The workshop reframed Rubix from an art-selling company into a brand built around artists, interpretation and experience. That idea shaped the identity. Four forms create a frame and generate multiple unique configurations, turning the brand system into a reflection of abstract art itself: many interpretations, no single correct one. The positioning, visual system, messaging and photography were all built around that principle. Even the photography direction was later adopted by Simon Kenny himself.

Not a brand for art. A brand built with the logic of art.

The gallery doors opened. The sales followed.

The new brand gave Shiva the credibility to enter premium gallery conversations in India. Sublime came on board, giving Rubix access to a circuit that had previously been out of reach. Ten exclusive Simon Kenny works were subsequently sold in India for a combined ₹1 crore. The brand didn’t simply support sales. It created the conditions for the market entry to work.

Nōs Creo understood what every other agency missed. They built a brand that thinks like art, and it opened doors in India I wouldn’t have been able to open otherwise.Shiva Founder, Rubix Collective
