Twenty five years of experience. A space unlike most preschools.
Vaidehi Arun had spent twenty five years running a successful preschool franchise and refining her own approach to early education. When she launched independently, she also had something unusual: a property with real gardens and room for children to learn outdoors. The advantage was already there. The brand needed to make it visible.
The space was different. The brand had to explain why it mattered.
Let the place become the positioning.
The workshop identified the school’s strongest differentiator: nature wasn’t an added feature. It was part of how children learned. That idea shaped the name Growing Minds and the wider brand system. The identity, signage, uniforms, stationery and communication were designed around a simple belief: Children grow through space, exploration and experience. Instead of competing with conventional urban preschools, Growing Minds could own a more natural approach to early learning.
Nature wasn’t beside the classroom. It was part of it.

The tour did the explaining.
Parents could experience the difference before anyone had to sell it. The environment, pedagogy and identity reinforced the same idea, attracting families already aligned with Vaidehi’s approach. Walk-in to enrollment conversion reached 20% at launch. After twenty five years inside another brand, Vaidehi finally had one capable of carrying her own philosophy forward.
The philosophy became visible the moment parents walked in.
“The brand finally lets me show parents what I’ve been building all along. The space, the philosophy and the identity are saying the same thing now.”— Vaidehi Arun Founder, Growing Minds Preschool
